TITLE DESIGN
Visual concept and graphic design for pre and main titles.
For the documentary film "It Must Schwing - The Blue Note Story" directed by Eric Friedler.
The approach includes a strong focus on typography, as we all know it from the old jazz cover designs. Guided by the Blue Note visual language my work started from extended type research to diving deep into the Blue Note design history to finally creating an expressive logo artwork for each artist.
